A NONREFUNDABLE Deposit of 50% of Contract price is required at time of acceptance

Remainder of Contract Cost payable at time of website completion BEFORE site is made active
- Project length is set at 60 days from commencement. Inordinate delays on completion past 75 days due to client failure to provide required site data or images, or slowness to respond, incurs Penalty fees as set out in Agreement document.
